Answer:
Ooh, publicly announcing that level of testing suggests that they’re going to add modding tools with some interesting functionality. I don’t think they’d need to do that for something simpler like bringing mods to ps5. This might mean that the chance we get tools that will let you create new maps - quests - encounters has increased significantly.
