Even I was badly stuck there. What really helped me was changing my primary spell set— for example, when targeting those magic purple balls instead of depulso I used flippendo because it has a quicker cooldown.
Also, run around at the edge of the cliff. You should find some wiggenweld potions there (I was completely out of those so it helped a ton).
