So I have finished everything I possibly can, main story, side quests, friendship quests, collection chests, field guide pages, moth paintings, I mean literally everything I have done. However I am currently missing 6 conjuration pages.

Did you zoom out? Like on the area and see if all collections chests were done. I believe conjugation count as collections. Or make sure all the bandit camps - goblin camps have a check since thats were most are found.
