These XP requirements are a very sour note for me
So I’ll just open with this. I hate side quests. I’m a main campaign only kind of person and if I wanna check out some other things on my own I will but I HATE being forced to do them. .
That’s where this game gives me a major issue. Because everything is locked behind level requirements, I “have to do them” all I care about are the main missions and the missions with friends. I don’t give a damn about the Merlin trials, (which barely give any XP) and I certainly don’t want endless fetch quests like the damn professor moon demiguise mission. And I’m sick of all the spiders. Christ sake at least there’s the arachnophobia option now but they’re still so annoying and creepy even with it on. .
I was stoked for this game cause you can make your own character and it looked like a fun action game. But honestly this level requirement system (and how slowly you level up as is) might break the whole thing for me. .
To be fair. If this game had the ability to play any mission again after beating it (which I think all games should) along with a new game plus option at least I could download a save file with all those stats, make a new character, and play the missions I want, enjoying the story as it unfolds. But instead… here we are.
So other than just bitching, I’m curious if anyone knows quick and easy ways to increase your XP. Not arenas and not Merlin trials. They aren’t quick, you have to wait for arenas to even be available again, random people’s missions barely give any XP. Anyone else have a problem with this stuff or any ideas on what to do? I can’t be alone here right?
Question from user CAVFIFTEEN at HogwartsLegacyGaming at reddit.
Answer:
i also hate the merlin trials, i only do the easy ones just so i can have more spaces for inventory, besides getting more inventory you don’t really need to do the merlin trials.
