The savior must not have already saved this victim within 5 seconds.
The savior must have provided the victim with at least 50 healing within the window.
The victim must survive for 0.5 seconds after the save occurred.
Notably, Junker Queen's Commanding Shout and Brigitte's Rally do not award saves according to the above rules, but Lucio's Sound Barrier does. This is likely a bug, since there are circumstances where Junker Queen can "steal" a save from another support.
