I think I may have missed out on Lae'zel as a companion....

How cooked am I? Will this ruin the story and lock me out of any potential endings? Do I need to load way back and make sure?


For context she is not my companion by the time I meet up with the gith on the dragon and every time i start that encounter she gets one shot.


I don't mind not having her as a companion as i'm just happy to experience the story but I don't want to seriously hinder myself of any main game story.

Answer:

It won’t ruin the story - I completely forgot about her on my first run and didn’t even notice LOL.


The only content it will lock you out of is her romance (obviously) and her personal quest, but the game is careful to ensure you still have access to all the information you need to win.
