Who knows Dark Magic?
Posted On: February 12, 2023
When playing Harry Potter Years 5 to 7, I noticed there are things only Wizards with Dark Magic can interact with. I figure these are things I will have to go back and do later, as right now I don't have anyone in my party that can use Dark Magic. .
Which characters in the game use Dark Magic? Who is the first one I can unlock, so that I can go back and get whatever it is from these areas?
Question from user user11502 at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
If the DS version is the same in this regard, it would be Bellatrix, (see t . . . [

In Hogwarts is it possible to change audio language?
Posted On: February 10, 2023
I am playing the Japanese version of Hogwarts Legacy on PC (Steam). The store page says that Hogwarts Legacy has Full Audio support for 8 languages, including Japanese.
But, for immersion, I want to play in the language of the country in which it is set, for example, in this case, the UK, and I would like to try to play in the audio of that language, if available.
According to the store page, of course it includes English Full Audio support - however, I cannot find a way to change the audio language in my game. There seems to be no settin . . . [

Friends cant connect to my server with external IP
Posted On: February 9, 2023
Year after year I have been the one to host a minecraft server for a few weeks when the new minecraft update comes so me and my buddies can have some nostalgia.
Every year I set up the server. In my router settings I set the port and double check the if the server's internal ip is still good. and done. Then I give my friends my external ip. And everything works fine.
But this year I can't figure out why. None of them can join. Everything is the same. The router and it's settings, the pc I run the server on.

Nexus Mod Manager and Archive Files

The Nexus Mod Manager has my non-steam mod archives stored in C:\Games\Skyrim\mods. Do the archives I have downloaded contain redundant information, and do I need to keep these downloaded copies? Will the archives sorted by NMM be sufficient for the future?Question from user nightsurfer at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:As an answer to this question:.No, you do not need to keep the mod archive files that you have downloaded. How do Steam Workshop mods and Nexus mods interact?
Posted On: February 9, 2023
All of my mods so far are on the Steam Workshop, but there are a few on Nexus that look to be quite useful. My question before I dive in is are there any potential problems that I need to be aware of mixing and matching mods from different sources? And if I use Nexus Mod Manager to manage the mods from Nexus, will I have problems with my subscriptions from Steam Workshop?Question from user Chuck Dee at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:The problem you'll face are the same that what you'll have if you mix mods from the same source: some mods may . . . Xbox One controller will not turn Xbox on
Posted On: February 8, 2023
I used to be able to turn my Xbox on with the wireless controller without fail but recently it will work for a while and then just suddenly stop turning on the Xbox. I hold the center X button and it flashes and the Xbox doesn't turn on. The only way I've found to (temporarily) fix this is to completely unplug the Xbox power, plug it back in and then the controller will turn on the Xbox again when the center X button is pressed.Of course, this only works for a while and then it eventually goes back to not working and I need to unplug the Xbox a . . .
