Friends cant connect to my server with external IP
Posted On: February 9, 2023
Year after year I have been the one to host a minecraft server for a few weeks when the new minecraft update comes so me and my buddies can have some nostalgia.
Every year I set up the server. In my router settings I set the port and double check the if the server's internal ip is still good. and done. Then I give my friends my external ip. And everything works fine.
But this year I can't figure out why. None of them can join. Everything is the same. The router and it's settings, the pc I run the server on.

Nexus Mod Manager and Archive Files
Posted On: February 9, 2023
The Nexus Mod Manager has my non-steam mod archives stored in C:\Games\Skyrim\mods. Do the archives I have downloaded contain redundant information, and do I need to keep these downloaded copies? Will the archives sorted by NMM be sufficient for the future?Question from user nightsurfer at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:As an answer to this question:.No, you do not need to keep the mod archive files that you have downloaded. NMM seems to make a copy of these archives in the directory you setup for each game. The archives you download from the . . . [

How do Steam Workshop mods and Nexus mods interact?
Posted On: February 9, 2023
All of my mods so far are on the Steam Workshop, but there are a few on Nexus that look to be quite useful. My question before I dive in is are there any potential problems that I need to be aware of mixing and matching mods from different sources? And if I use Nexus Mod Manager to manage the mods from Nexus, will I have problems with my subscriptions from Steam Workshop?Question from user Chuck Dee at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:The problem you'll face are the same that what you'll have if you mix mods from the same source: some mods may . . . Xbox One controller will not turn Xbox on
Posted On: February 8, 2023
I used to be able to turn my Xbox on with the wireless controller without fail but recently it will work for a while and then just suddenly stop turning on the Xbox. I hold the center X button and it flashes and the Xbox doesn't turn on. The only way I've found to (temporarily) fix this is to completely unplug the Xbox power, plug it back in and then the controller will turn on the Xbox again when the center X button is pressed.Of course, this only works for a while and then it eventually goes back to not working and I need to unplug the Xbox a . . . Are the Poker Night games rigged?
Posted On: February 7, 2023
I've played poker in real life and I've played Poker Night at the Inventory (but not Poker Night 2).
I have the feeling that the Poker Night engine manipulates the deck to give players a more interesting game experience. I'll come right out and admit that I base this entirely on subjective evidence, but it seems like when I'm betting big and hoping for a miracle to come along on the last card, I'm more likely to get it in Poker Night than I am to get it with a real deck of cards.
Is this just luck or do the Poker Night . . . [

Does Beaver Woodie get poison damage in Hamlets Gas Rainforest?
Posted On: February 7, 2023
As per the title:.
I wonder if Woodie in beaver form takes damage from Hamlet's Gas Rainforest biome?
So does it progressively lower the beaver meter? And does the rate of damage change?
Thanks in advance!.
Question from user GigiSan at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
I had a chance to try for myself and I can confirm beaver Woodie does get damage from the Gas Rainforest, as you can see from the green halo.
Also Woodie was losing 1 to 2 beaver meter per poison tick.

Whats this game with a cyberspace aesthetic featured in a youtube clip?
Posted On: February 7, 2023
This video starts with a montage of game clips and I'm trying to figure out what the game is that appears at 10 seconds in. It features a cyberspace aesthetic and it has a first-person perspective with some kind of high-tech glove. Here are a few clips. (The eye in the center is not part of the game, it's just part of the clip montage.).
Question from user codebreaker at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
It's William Shatner's TekWar (1995), as you can see in a previous review by the reviewer you linked.
