Can't connect to ONE Minecraft server but to others I can
Posted On: January 22, 2023
For at least a couple of years now I get SUPER strange behavior in Minecraft.
I can connect freely to 99.9% of servers and play them without any issues and with a fast connection.
Every time I or friends buy a host(We currently have a host at ExtraVM) I cannot connect to it(Only it, servers like Hypixel, Cubecraft and Mineplex work perfectly). They can play it without any issues, they connect immediately and play with good ping but I can't even connect.
When I join the server it says Loading terrain. for ~15 seconds or so and . . . [

Why are expected delivery times given as a range?
Posted On: January 22, 2023
On the Current job screen in the Route Advisor, the expected delivery time is always given as a range, e.g. Fri 21:50 - Sat 2:00.Why is that? I know the second time is the actual deadline and if you miss it, you fail the job, but what's the purpose of the first time? Is there a bonus (or penalty) for delivering the cargo early?I thought this was simply cosmetic, but I've noticed that high-priority delivery jobs tend to have a narrower time window, which I assume is meant to make the job more challenging, but in what way exactly?Question fro . . . What is the difference between these values on Steam?
Posted On: January 20, 2023
Downloading Warhammer: Vermintide II, I noticed how the percentages as displayed in 3 different places have 3 different values:.
Download bar on the Downloads tab of the Steam client, (click for original size).
Download bar at the bottom of the Steam client.
Download bar and percentage as displayed in the Library tab.
The first two might be hard to distinguish, but the first image says 53%, whereas the bar in the second image has evidently not passed the middle.
The third image reads 67%, and this seems equal to what the loading . . . [

Is there a minimum amount of Zen that I should offer to buy on the dilithium exchange?
Posted On: January 20, 2023
I offered to buy ~20 Zen for 500 dilithium per zen on the exchange, but it hasn't been picked up yet. Is that because the exchange is now "broken" and exchanges take forever, or is it because I offered to small an exchange?
Question from user Sovereign Inquiry at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
Zen purchases are made on a First-in-First-out basis ranked by value. Too small an exchange offer will not delay your purchase, but too low a Dilithium-per-Zen value would.
Currently, the Zen exchange is at the Dilithium Cap; . . . [

How much health does an Apple heal?
Posted On: January 20, 2023
How much HP does an apple heal? Whenever I pick up an apple the amount healed seems to vary. Does the amount healed scale with my character's maximum HP?
Question from user Stevoisiak at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
It depends where you got the apple from.
Apple found in dungeon - heals 20% of maximum HP (rounded down).
Apple bought from shop - heals 10 HP.
To figure this out I made a spreadsheet tracking my stats and HP restored when picking up apples and tried a few different formulas. Initially I thought the healin . . . [

How to activate all engines with a single button push?
Posted On: January 20, 2023
In Kerbal Space Program (XBox One), my son likes to design rockets with multiple boosters. However, using the controller to separately activate each engine while launching usually results in launchpad disasters. Is there a setting that ties all of the engines together so that they can be activated with a single button push? Are there rocket components that have to be installed during assembly to make this happen? As much as I enjoy gigantic explosions, he's rather frustrated. I'd like to be able to help him, but I can't even figure out how to goo . . . [

How many Pokémon were available at the release of Pokémon Go?
Posted On: January 20, 2023
I have googled for this, but can't really put the proper terms to find an answer.
At the initial release of Pokémon Go, how many Pokémon were available? I seem to remember legendaries like Mew and Mewtwo were not, at least, but I can't confirm this.
Question from user BlueMoon93 at gaming stack exchange com.
Answer:
Yes, there were no Mew / Mewtwo, or any other Legendary Pokémon, and Ditto weren't available (so there were only 145 Pokémons):.

Given that there are 4 squares remaining, and 2 mines remaining, it seems to me that the first mine can be located anywhere on the 2x2 squares left and the second mine will be on either of the two squares of the horizontally opposite rectangle that remains unclicked/unflagged.Question from user noob anomaly at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:Of the 4 available options, bottom right is NOT a mine beca . . . How is the additional damage from Chosen weaknesses calculated?

These are:.Shell-shocked - additional damage from explosives.Brittle - additional damage from close range attacks.Bewildered - additional damage when attacked 3+ times in a single turn. How is this 'additional damage' calculated? Is it proportional to the damage of the attack in question, or is it a static bonus?Question from user Captain Hat at gaming.stackexchange.com.Answer:According to this page, it's a mixture of flat bonuses and multip . . .
