I keep forgetting to do things before entering nightsongs prison and having to reload. I thought I had got it, finally, but I looked up a checklist and I just straight up never found the one who was guy. Is he important enough to go back? Also, during act 1, I literally just did not find the sunlit wetlands. I’m not going back to act 1 but is this a big deal? Also this is my first playthrough.

Nah, just go forward. The only really important stuff is your companions quests. A couple side quests missed in no big deal. Youll have more to do in future playthroughs.
