So, new into game. Please tell me: who to keep, who to left in camp? Its very weird system. I know, that I can exchange my group, but what about leveling? That one that I left in the camp, Will ne underlrveled. Sorry for my english. And any brginner tips will be appreciated.

Answer:
Dont worry, the ones you leave in camp will earn the experience and level up when you have them join your party again, so you can swap people in and out as you wish.
