Why remove redstone dust from my command block contraptions?

Whenever I show my command block contraptions to my friends, they always comment that I should remove the redstone dust from them. They say it causes lag and that redstone can be unpredictable, but I've never had a problem like that.  Even if I did, I would just slow down the clock I'm using a bit and add comparators or repeaters to get it to work. Is it a problem if the wall portion of a bedroom overlaps with another one in Dwarf Fortress?

I've just recently learned that a bedroom should contain the walls too, but I only have a 1 tile wide wall between my bedrooms. Is it a problem if these room designations overlap? The new Blood and Madness season has begun in GW2. New items have become available from the TP. These items range in price from 1 - 12 Candy Corn Cobs. The only way I know to get 1 Candy Corn Cob, is by combining 1,000 pieces of Candy Corn. I know three methods of getting Candy Corn:.
