Is it possible to do a 100% playthrough with a single save file?

I was thinking of doing my next playthrough to complete 100% of the game (I sort of rushed my first time), on the highest difficulty. Do I need to have multiple saves for branching scenarios, or is it actually possible to take a branch and then do some DnD shenanigans to get the results of all branches anyway? Gale dropped haste and idk why

I don’t think this actually has spoilers but it takes place in act 3. Ok so manip cast command, but tav cancelled it with psionic dominance and shadow heart used the backlash. Idk who he was targeting but I think it was killed, I’ve stopped higher level spells than 1 before with dominance. Then it seems like randomly it has gale dropping haste. Is anyone else infuriated by the way the tadpoles are handled? We're told from the outset that these things are bad, like as bad as you can get. Literally no reason you would want them at all, but after a couple of long rest, somebody you've never met before who saved your life once says it's ok, because the light people need your help and "I'll protect you". In Tiny Tower (iOS), is the Infini-Lift Lightspeed worthwhile? It's fairly expensive at 499 Bux. Does it have any special features or is it just faster? Question from user cagcowboy at stackexchange. I just started Act 3 and found a barn with stuff for the refugees. I convinced Manip Nestor to let me in the barn and I found a chest full of trapped toys. I disarmed the traps and this starts a quest about the toys. Immediately after, Manip Nestor runs to me. I explain about the toys and he says "how do I know you're not the one who trapped them?" and goes hostile, together with the other Flaming Fists around.
