I'm starting to play Pokemon Emerald! How can I catch or encounter Latios or Latias in the game? I want this Pokemon so bad! This is my childhood Pokemon because it can one shot Rayquaza! So cool!. I have done a play through as 3 of the four houses (Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Gryffindor). I find that Gryffindor is more cozy than the other two. Might just be because the colors are warmer.
