What weapon talent tree combination provides the highest dps with the flail and shield?

New World has a new expansion, and with it, a new weapon. I've been having a lot of fun with it and am still playing around with combinations. With most of the other weapons in the game, I've had good success using the skills and passives in one tree combined with some passives in the other tree, but with the flail, I haven't been able to really tell if my changes have made much of a DPS difference (I've gone down the Cleric tree mostly rather than the Bastion tree). I have decided to go for the S rank now that I've finished the game on the different difficulty settings. I jumped on to the Standard and set out to do it. I decided to make things easier by using the infinite ammo handgun, which was unlocked in the shop. Im asking cuz im still in act 1 but since i learned about multi-classing, i was wondering on what is the best class and subclaas combo fo multiclass with fighter? Or if i should stay pure fighter . I am finding space combat probably one of the more difficult things in Starfield. In particular, I am on the mission Legacy's End where. I sided with the UC SysDef and destroyed the three defensive batteries around the star system that The Key is in. Now I am engaged with multiple fairly high level ships around The Key and I cannot seem to win. In Sid Meier's SimGolf, I fell into debt after spending all my money. However, I can still continue building my golf course and buying land. Spending money just puts me further into debt. Gale dropped haste and idk why

I don’t think this actually has spoilers but it takes place in act 3. Ok so manip cast command, but tav cancelled it with psionic dominance and shadow heart used the backlash. Idk who he was targeting but I think it was killed, I’ve stopped higher level spells than 1 before with dominance. Then it seems like randomly it has gale dropping haste.
