Avoiding detection while hacking the computer in one step ahead

I'm on New Game Plus x2 (NG+2) in Starfield (PC). On my first run, I completed the "One Step Ahead" Ryujin quest by going to CeltCorp, waiting until the security officer left the office area, and then hacking the computer. The hack was successful, and I went undetected. Now I'm trying to actually complete the Ryujin quest line, so I go to CeltCorp and wait until the security officer leaves, but every time I hack the terminal I get caught and a bounty is added, and Neon Security becomes hostile. When leveling up my character, I have the option to take the War Caster feat which says I can use a reaction to cast Shocking Grasp at a target moving out of melee range. Started playing through the levels and trying to pick up everything I see along the way so I don't have to go back and revisit the levels. First course so far so good. First course complete. The second course, I picked up everything, or so I thought. The course listing doesn't have a checkmark for this course. Where's my checkmark? So I just got back into Elden Ring, and am re-acquainting myself with the weapon upgrades/infusion systems. I'm playing a Dex build, and am currently wielding the base dual-scimitars. However, when I look at the Max Upgrades table, the Standard +25 has an Attack Power of 259 (with a D/C scaling), but a Keen +25 only has 222 (with an E/A scaling).
