Mass Effect 3, Is there nothing to scan for in the Ninmah Cluster?

I have had access to the Ninmah Cluster for a while now after doing some mission there. I have been around scanning a couple of times now between mission with out any luck. For all other areas where I can get Reaper attention there has been something to scan. Is there nothing there or am I missing it over and over again? I have been trying so hard for a week and I can't figure out how to kill these guys. I can finish off the first phase but no matter how hard I try, I can't kill the fire dude! I have a wide selection of fused weapons. Though, I noticed that many of the numbers are colored blue while the rest are white. At first I assumed it was to indicate either fused weapons or weapons with secondary effects. However neither is true for the Black Boko Blade currently highlighted or the one above. Are there enemies immune to quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077?

I'm pretty deep into the game, relying on quickhacks for damage so far, and I've yet to encounter enemies immune to quickhacks entirely. This seems to indicate that I don't need any other weapon. However, I notice many of the quickhack build guides (e.g. this) take Reflexes for a second option. Based on my experience with the game so far, I don't understand why they would do this. I get huge FPS drops when I move my mouse in certain games

As the title says, I am getting huge FPS drop in some games. Currently, I'm having issues in:. Apex Legends. Marauders. 7 Days to Die. What's happening is, when I'm not moving my mouse, that the FPS is super consistent (280~300 in Apex Legends, 150~160 in Marauders, 140~150 in 7DtD). But when I move my mouse. it goes crazy.
