So I've been building up my Villager Trading farms and halls and breeders, etc., and one of these builds is the converter - Using a zombie to convert the villager and back again to reduce trade costs. How do restaurants and markets differ in their functions and benefits in Tropico?

It seems that both the restaurant and the market are used by Tropicans to satisfy their "food" needs. Since the restaurant has the added convenience of also satisfying the "entertainment" desire, I am thinking that it is better to build a restaurant instead of a market whenever possible.
