Cant disarm missile in Dark Water mission in MW II

As it seems I've encountered a game-breaking bug in MW II in a single player mission on PC. In Dark Water you're supposed to find and disarm a missile. I've found it and got to the controls in order to interact with them. All side missions leading there are completed and I made sure every enemy is dead. Also I started over from last checkpint and the whole mission and still no dice. I had to scale down the images (a lot) to meet the 2 MB limit, but they should still do. Mission progress:. It seems to me that its better to concentrate more on combat plants than potions

Since im now 40 hours into the game, it seems to me that its more economic and feasible to concentrate more on keeping your combat plant inventory full than your potions inventory. Producing combat plants all the time seems to take less doing than having lots of potions. With potions you gotta keep collecting or buying the ingredients needed to make them each time, where as with the combat plants, once you have bought enough potting tables and you've bought the seeds needed to grow them, you can just keep growing and growing them and rep . . . I have a monitor and a TV side by side. Sometimes I want to game from my couch and sometimes I want to sit and game at the computer. When I'm gaming at my desktop I don't have the TV on. When Steam is in regular mode, it plays to my desktop, when it is in Big Picture mode, it plays on my TV. I have Windows 10 and controller companion. I have found nothing, here on the Arqade, or on Google; just videos of people doing spikes.
