Do cursed chests replace normal chests in Dead Cells?
Posted On: April 9, 2023
The description for the "Damned" aspect says "Cursed chests spawn rate is doubled". Do the extra cursed chests replace normal non-cursed chests that would have spawned?
Question from user Stevoisiak at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
Apparently no.
For biomes with a 100% chance of spawning a cursed chest, excluding Prison Depths and Corrupted Prison, there will now always be an additional cursed chest.
For any other biome, it will take the percentage chance, double it and roll that chance twice. This means t . . . [

Does the amount of money lost include the price of the $30 shoes? (Please don't include the puzzle solution unless you use a spoiler block. I'm only looking to clarify an ambiguous part of the question).
Question from user Stevoisiak at gaming.stackexchange.com.

How can I give (or sell?) my dwarves mugs in dwarf fortress?
Posted On: April 9, 2023
I've crafted two bins full of mugs, yet I still have dwarves having unhappy thoughts about drinking without mugs.
Question from user aslum at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
You need an Inn or dining hall with a storage.
First, you need to create an inn or dining Room.
In an Inn, add a chest/coffer, and suddenly it will start to gather mugs, cups, and other goblets to hand to its patrons.
In a Dining Hall, have a stockpile area that is only for Goblet type products.

Does dying in Richter Mode end my run in Dead Cells?
Posted On: April 8, 2023
I unintentionally started Richter Mode by freeing Richter then later examining his cage. Now I'm playing as Richter in a different area without any of my items or upgrades.
If I die as Richter will my run restart from the Prisoner's Quarters? Or will I be able to resume my existing run from before I examined the cage?
Question from user Stevoisiak at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
Dying in Richter Mode will not end your run. You will instead be sent back to the cage room in Dracula's Castle. The cage will no longer be . . . [

Should I not have won a culture victory by now in Civilization 6?
Posted On: April 8, 2023
I've been playing Civilization 6 as Tomyris for a while and thought I was comfortably winning a culture victory, but. the game seems to want to keep going without giving me the option to accept victory or play one more turn.
My understanding of how to win a culture victory was that I need to have more visiting tourists than any other civ's domestic tourists, i.e. on the line "X/Y Tourists" on my row on the culture world rankings, the X needs to be bigger than the Y. Well, I'm past that point, and I'm wondering . . . [

I picked up two items marked with red skulls that increase damage taken by 100%. However, I noticed the skull over my head still only says x2 instead of x3 or x4.
Do double damage taken modifiers from red skulls stack to have me take 3x or 4x extra damage?
Question from user Stevoisiak at gaming.stackexchange.com.

According to Reddit.
the x2 damage dealt is referred to the weapon it's written on it. It does not make your other weapon x2 too.
So, in this scenario, both of your weapons only deal x2 damage, but you ta . . . [
