How do I use Artifacts in combat in Neverwinter?
Posted On: April 11, 2023
Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I can't find anything online that answers it. You can equip several artifacts on your character sheet. They talk about doing damage to your enemies. How do you USE them, as in, assign them to a button in your HUD? What if you have more than one artifact? Do they each get a button?
Everything else, like in the Powers screen, clearly says, "Click here to equip to your HUD", but there is nothing about artifacts that I can find in the game.

Do companions die in Skyrim?
Posted On: April 11, 2023
It is apparently possible to recruit companions who will fight by your side, carry out simple tasks, and so forth. I have managed to acquire one in the very first village, but have thus far not had him travel with me because I don't know how sturdy he'll be in combat.
Do companions die permanently, like most NPCs? Or do they become incapacitated/unconscious like vital questgivers? Die but can be picked up again from their original location later?

How do you discover combos in Street Fighter V?
Posted On: April 11, 2023
If I wanted to learn a character in SFV (or any fighting game, really), how should I go about discovering new combos (without the use of videos). Should I be looking at frame data?
Question from user OrhanC1 at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
Frame data isn't exactly necessary - it just speeds up the process of finding combos (and finding block punishes, but this isn't about block punishes). .
Frame data is good for linking combos (timing the button presses) - but also it's good to find target combos (very lenient wind . . . [

How can you be immune to damage from bed explosions in the nether?
Posted On: April 11, 2023
In Minecraft, everyone seems to able to use beds for mining or killing the Ender Dragon, but whenever I use it I blow up instantly.
Is this a bug, or how can I be immune to this damage?
Question from user CheesySponge at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
In order to survive, you are supposed to place a block in front of the bed and click it as far away as possible (around 5 blocks), without being positioned right beside the block in front of the bed. This is so the block will take the main explosive damage of the bed, not the player . . . [

Who killed the party people on the yacht in Max Payne 3?

I want to understand some details of the Panama mission; was the mission even part of the main story, contribute to it? Or is it shown as a side story, one episode from Max's past missions as the Branco's family bodyguard?
Yes it was the Panama military, but who told them and why that there is money hidden on the yacht.
Marcelo was using Daphney and the party to launder, transport the money. He clearly did not want anyone to know anything of his true goal.
Is the Panama mission serving as a reminder that all the people Max trie . . . [

What does shadow cache option exactly do in resident evil 4 remake?
Posted On: April 10, 2023
Resident evil 4 remake on PC has the graphics option "shadow cache", what does it exactly do? The comparison picture they provide does not show any difference really. Is it dynamic or for moving objects? I can't seem to find any source for this specific game.
Question from user Render at gaming.stackexchange.com.
Answer:
It's self-explanatory; it's caching shadows into your RAM and VRAM. What that setting does is that it loads up all the static (and probably even some of dynamic) shadows in an area to improve perf . . . [

Is there any way to reduce repeated science experiments in KSP?
Posted On: April 10, 2023
There are many science experiments in the game that only give you part of the value whenever you carry them out and retrieve the data. So, even if you rerun the experiment, you only get part of the remaining value again. Leaving yet another fraction of the full value. Like, the first time you get 75%, the second time you get 75% of the remaining 25% for a total of .
93.75%, then 98.4375% for the third, and so on.

What games are similar to Hogwarts Legacy?
Posted On: April 10, 2023
Looking for suggestions of what to play after I’m done with this game. Are there any games similar that would have you following a story while doing quests or battles?
Question from user Harms87 at HogwartsLegacyGaming at reddit.com.
Answer:
Witcher 3 is probably the most similar .
I moved into Cyberpunk which is similar in the sense that it’s an rpg with combat, story, side quests, stats and equipment etc. but in a totally different setting of course.

What advantage do I get by evolving my Pokemon?
Posted On: April 10, 2023
I know that if I postpone my Pokemon's evolution, I can learn certain moves earlier. For example, Mareep learns Thunder at level 55 while its fully evolved form, Ampharos, only gets it at level 79.
Obviously, Pokemon who change types by evolving get the benefits of their new type, but for everything else, why should I evolve early as opposed to waiting for good attacks?

The advantage gained is improved stats. The evolved form of a Pokemon has better stats than it . . . [
